Preaching Through the Bible
Marnie Crumpler, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is a longtime friend of Leighton Ford Ministries. She participates in the LFM Discipleship Initiative and is in year two of discipling micro-groups in her congregation. The Attentive Church Leadership book by Kevin Ford and Jim Singleton highlights Marnie as one who builds remarkable trust in her leadership. She is currently preaching this year through an overview of the Bible, a great method to expose a church to God’s story. Today, she talks about Paul’s letter to the church in Ephesus.
Making Disciples Worldwide
This past week, delegates from all over the world gathered in Korea for the Fourth Lausanne Congress of World Evangelization. Lausanne works to see collaborative initiatives that can function to address missional gaps and opportunities with the goal of fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples of all the nations. Let’s pray for the delegates as they return to their homes and places of service. And ask the Lord to give them grace and wisdom in taking what they learned and practicing these things in the global cause of Christ. Click here to enjoy some of the highlights from this past week.
