An Easter Message
A glorious Easter to you. Today, Corey Widmer of Richmond, Virginia, shares God’s Word with us on this Resurrection Sunday. His message comes from Easter 2024. He has partnered with LFM in leadership development and co-led a Pastor Mentoring Group with Jim Singleton for ten years. We are honored to share this message for you today.
The Hope of Our Calling
At LFM, we strive to serve pastors and ministry leaders who shepherd others. We nurture soul friendships, providing safe times, safe places, and safe people for these leaders. The Easter season can be a draining one on pastors in churches as they often have a flurry of activity leading up to Resurrection Sunday. Take time today to pray for your pastor(s) as they serve your church. May “the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 1:18-20 NIV).
