Leighton Ford serves for 31 years as an associate evangelist with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. sharing the Gospel with millions worldwide through crusades, radio, television, and the Hour of Decision broadcast.
With a growing passion to mentor emerging Christian leaders, Leighton establishes Leighton Ford Ministries (LFM) to help leaders lead more like Jesus, lead more to Jesus, and live more for Jesus.
Leighton forms the Point Group, the first soul care mentoring community, creating “safe times, safe places, and safe people” for ministry leaders. The model multiplies globally.
Kevin Ford joins LFM as Chief Catalyst, bringing strategic leadership experience from business, government, and ministry consulting. Together, Leighton and Kevin build a growing team and expand the ministry’s reach.
Through his international crusade ministry, Leighton becomes a respected leader of leaders, later serving as Chair of the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization and eventually Honorary Lifetime Chairman of the Lausanne Movement.
The Arrow Leadership Program launches, equipping emerging leaders through mentoring and training from world-class Christian leaders. The program continues today.
Soul care groups expand across North America and internationally, supporting pastors, evangelists, and ministry leaders in regions including India, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Eurasia.
LFM sponsors more than 100 soul care groups worldwide, walking alongside leaders through seasons of transition, crisis, and growth —helping them hear God’s voice, clarify their calling, and lead with courage, purpose, and lasting impact.
