Today, we welcome Canon J. John to Sunday Extra. J is a long-time friend of Leighton’s and a member of The Point Group – which is the first mentoring group Leighton formed more than thirty years ago. An evangelist and teacher of evangelism from England, he shared this message at a church in Dallas, Texas. Listen as he preaches from John 3:1-16 about the amazing love of God.
Wisdom & Understanding
Last fall, thirteen North American pastors gathered in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, to experience an LFM mentoring gathering. These pastors are now in the process of discerning how to put together their own mentoring communities and who to invite into this process. Will you pray with and for them, for the Lord to “fill [them] with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives” (Colossians 1:9 NIV).
Please also continue praying for Leighton Ford and his family as they grieve the passing of Jean Ford.
