Guarding Our Heart
Good morning, LFM Sunday Extra friend. We’re glad to connect with you today. Jim Kallam, a long-time pastor, shares God’s Word with us today. Preaching from Charlotte, North Carolina, he explores the book of Proverbs as a reminder to guard our hearts from the world’s erosive effects. Jim was Kevin and Caroline Ford’s pastor for years. He and his wife Suzi also lead an LFM mentoring group in North Carolina.
The Gospel for Every Person
This September marks the Fourth Lausanne Congress, an international gathering of believers committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The Congress in Seoul, Korea, will be catalytic in advancing the Movement’s fourfold vision — the gospel for every person, disciple-making churches for every people and place, Christ-like leaders for every church and sector, and kingdom impact in every sphere of society. LFM is sending several representatives to the Congress. Let’s pray for them – and for the work of the gathering – as they all prepare. A multitude of details must come together to make such an enormous gathering occur.
