Hearing and Remembering
John Yates III, a long-time friend of LFM and the Ford family, shares today’s Sunday Extra message. Kevin Ford has worked with the staff in the past at John’s church in Raleigh, North Carolina, discovering and maximizing their strengths. Preaching in a series on the book of Exodus, he helps us see the cry of the people at the end of chapter two. The Bible says, “God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant” (Exodus 2:24 ESV). Enjoy this beautiful reminder of our God who hears and remembers.
An Attentive Person
Recently, Leighton Ford sat down with one of his long-time mentees, Ken Shigematsu, who pastors in Vancouver, British Columbia. They discussed the idea, “How do I become an attentive person?” At LFM, we love to help leaders become healthy, because we believe that only when they are consistently healthy can they help their ministries thrive and stay healthy.
