Every one of us is called to be a faithful presence for God in our world. So, how do we do that? This morning, Courtney McLaughlin takes us to Colossians 3: 12-24 to answer that question. Courtney is a friend of LFM, a coach who leads an LFM mentoring group, and a pastor at a church in Houston, Texas, that we have partnered with.
Preparing Him Room
Advent is a time around the world when Christians focus on the coming of Jesus Christ to this world. During the season, we can also reflect on how ready we are individually, as the line of the carol says, to “let every heart prepare Him room”
Each year, the Advent Family Devotional seeks to engage families, young people, churches, and communities worldwide in a shared Advent journey that strengthens faith, builds community, and celebrates the birth of Jesus. Let’s pray that our hearts and lives will be a Bethlehem – a place where Christ is welcome and can be born anew. Also, our LFM team met this past week to plan for ministry in 2025. Please pray with us for the Lord to guide our steps and work through us in ways that bring Him glory and support healthy leaders and thriving ministries.
