Ramez and Rebecca Atallah – Be Strong in the Lord
Bearing Fruit
Leighton Ford Ministries (LFM) mission is to be a catalyst for mentoring a new generation of missional leaders who sustain thriving ministries for the sake of the Gospel.
For years, LFM has led congregations of all sizes through a comprehensive visioning process. Through grant funding, we are now able to bring small groups of like-minded churches together as learning cohorts to help them clarify their “True North” (values, mission, vision, and strategy) and then to create alignment to that True North. Click here to find out more about our Transforming Church Cohorts.
This week, let’s pray together for LFM staff members Anabel Riddell and Rhett Wilson, Sr., who just participated in a collaborative event with the funding organization for our Transforming Church Cohorts initiative. As LFM partners with congregations, may we “please him [Christ] in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:10 NIV).
Be Strong in the Lord
The Bible tells us to “be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power” (Ephesians 6:10 NIV). Speaking from this chapter in Paul’s epistle, Ramez and Rebecca Atallah remind us to use the spiritual weapons given to us by Jesus to stand firm in the faith and advance the Kingdom of God. This message is in a series on the book of Ephesians delivered at the Lausanne Movement’s Cape Town 2010 Congress.
Ramez Atallah serves as General Secretary of the Bible Society of Egypt. He and Leighton Ford have been close friends since 1972, when Ramez was Vice Chair of Lausanne and Leighton was Chair.
For decades, LFM has been building a global network of Kingdom-minded mentors who invest in ministry leaders for the sake of the Gospel. Will you consider investing financially into the lives of these leaders? Click the button below to find out more.
