Trusting God Through Trials
Good morning, Sunday Extra viewer. Today, LFM’s friend Marnie Crumpler of Pennsylvania shares our message. She is taking her congregation through the books of the Bible in a sermon series – and this sermon comes from I Samuel. She explores the relationship between King Saul and David, helping us see how the young shepherd learned to handle tremendous trials in his life. Praying for Friends
Anne Grizzle is a long-time friend of the Ford family and a board member of LFM. She was instrumental in the expansion of our international mentoring program. She also founded Strength for the Journey retreats, which help people facing hard times. Anne helps train mentors through this ministry and adds so much to the LFM family. Anne and Dave own and run a retreat center called the Belfry, outside of Lexington VA. This has become a safe place for Leighton and LFM gatherings.
In May, Leighton, Anne, MaryKate Morse, and Nick Valadez will gather there for soul care. Pray for a time of refreshment and renewal for these “friends on the journey”. Also, we want to be praying for you, if you have a request just write us at info@lfmconnect.org.
