Alain Stamp

Alain Stamp is an experienced evangelist and author with a passion for mentoring emerging ministry leaders in France and Africa.  In addition to developing mentoring programs and communities for Global Evangelists Forum, he is honorary president of France Evangelization, vice president of ELAN, and an advisor to several ministries.  Alain leads an LFM mentoring community for French-speaking evangelists.

Pete Della Santina

Pete Della Santina brings over 30 years of ministry experience to his role with LFM. He has led congregations coast to coast, including in California, Minnesota, Maryland, and the Pacific Northwest. His ministry has focused on shepherding congregations, guiding churches through adaptive change, and cultivating deep, sustainable spiritual life.

Pete is also an ICF-Certified Coach, working with executive and senior leaders across sectors to develop rock-solid leadership, strengthen team alignment, and navigate complexity with wisdom and steadiness. He has been invited to serve as an adjunct professor at Western Seminary, teaching in the areas of leadership, formation, and pastoral practice, and he regularly supports pastors and churches through seasons of transition with clarity, adaptive leadership, and relational depth. Pete holds a Doctor of Ministry from Bethel University and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. His work is shaped by decades of hands-on, Gospel-centered leadership, a deep love for the local church, and a commitment to helping leaders flourish. He also brings denominational leadership experience in succession planning, pastor support, and church crisis response.

Pete and his wife, Cheryl, met at UC Davis and have been married since 1994. They enjoy the outdoors, fly-fishing, cooking, sports, and spending time with friends and family across the country. Their son, Jonathan, is a senior at the University of Washington, studying math and applied math, and is pursuing a career in actuarial science.

Mike Moses

Dr. Mike Moses is Founding Pastor of Lake Forest Church and served as Moderator (president) of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church from 2015-2017.  He founded Lake Forest Church in 1998, originally preaching under a disco ball in the local skating rink.  Under his leadership, Lake Forest has grown to a church of 3,000 people in four congregations, known for their mission activity in the community and around the world, while maintaining a singular focus on following Jesus.

As Moderator of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, he initiated a new position paper on biblical sexuality, prioritized church planting, and helped form a church planting partnership with the Mexican Presbyterian Church.  Mike is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program and has been a member of Leighton’s Charlotte mentoring community for several years.

Rhett Wilson, Sr.

Rhett Wilson, Sr., is a Senior Leadership Coach for Leighton Ford Ministries, bringing years of pastoral leadership experience in preaching and teaching, disciple-making, leadership development, small group ministry, and congregational revitalization.

He studied at Presbyterian College (B.A.), The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (D.Min.) and participated in the Arrow Leadership Program’s North American Class of 2003. Rhett taught as an adjunct professor at Anderson University in South Carolina and completed the Transitional Pastor Training from Lifeway Church Resources.

Rhett is an award-winning writer who loves telling stories, connecting great ideas with people. He served as Senior Writer for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Senior Communications Director for Leighton Ford Ministries, and runs his own business, Hendrix Communications. His book, The 7 Ps of Prayer (End Game Press, 2023), provides a simple method to pray for your family.

He and his wife Tracey have three children. The Wilsons like playing board games, making music, exploring waterfalls, and they look forward to March Madness every year. For fun, Rhett reads legal thrillers, watches adventure movies, and listens to country and Broadway music.

Nick Hurst

Nick Hurst is a 24-year-old evangelist from Greenville, SC, and Director of Mentoring for Young Evangelists with Leighton Ford Ministries. Nick is married to Chelsea, and they have a son, Hudson, and a golden retriever, Waldo.  Nick is called to evangelistic ministry and travels to preach the gospel for churches, conferences, camps, and crusades worldwide. Nick and Chelsea both have the heart to reach their generation for the gospel and believe that there has never been a better time than now.

Hank Raehn

Over the past 60 years, Mr. Raehn has had a 30-year career with Chevron Chemical Company, spent 10 years with an agricultural chemical company, and several years with Ronald Blue Trust. Currently, Mr. Raehn serves as the Administrator of Grace Fellowship Church in Greensboro, Georgia.

From 1977 to 2004, Mr. Raehn held leadership positions in Bible Study Fellowship in Texas, California and Georgia and served as an elder of Fellowship Bible Church in Richardson TX and of Community Bible Church in Danville CA. Since 2007, he has been mentoring men in Scripture weekly in five different small groups in Georgia. In 2018, as board chairman, he launched the Christian Learning Center in Putnam County, Georgia, which continues to teach middle- and high-school students using the Bible as the textbook during school hours.

Mr. and Mrs. Raehn have been married over 60 years and live in the Lake Oconee area of Georgia. Together, they have 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters and a grandson, and a great granddaughter.

Hank Raehn knows Leighton Ford through Leighton’s son, Kevin Ford, whom he met at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, CA in 1987. Mr. Raehn and his wife, Jean, have been supporters of Leighton since the early days of Arrow Leadership in 1991.

Wendy Ramos

Wendy Ramos is Director of Global Mobilization with United World Mission and lives with her husband, Ivan, in Mexico City, where they serve with UWM as career missionaries.  Wendy went to Mexico as a “short-term” missionary in 1998 and has now lived and served in Mexico for over 17 years!

Wendy received her master’s degree in Missions and Evangelism from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where she first got involved with Leighton Ford Ministries.  She has been in an LFM mentoring community for over 10 years, launched a mentoring community in Mexico, and has helped lead mentor training events in Mexico and Asia.

Ken Shigematsu

Ken Shigematsu is senior pastor of Tenth Church in Vancouver, British Columbia, one of the largest and most diverse city-center churches in Canada.  Before entering pastoral ministry, he worked for Sony in Tokyo, Japan.  The intense work schedule led him to explore personal disciplines that could bring order to his life, from those of his samurai ancestors to St. Benedict’s rule for Christian communities.

His first book, God in My Everything:  How an Ancient Rhythm Helps Busy People Enjoy God (Zondervan, 2013) describes how a personal rule, or spiritual rhythm, can support the growth of a God-filled life.  His second book, Survival Guide for the Soul:  How to Flourish Spiritually in a World that Pressures Us to Achieve (Zondervan, 2018) examines how specific spiritual practices reorder our lives and focus our priorities.

Ken is a longtime member of Leighton’s mentoring community.

Rich Hurst

Rich Hurst serves as Chief of Staff for Leighton Ford Ministries, where he helps shape strategy, leadership development, mentoring initiatives, and organizational clarity for gospel-centered leaders around the world. A ministry architect with a storyteller’s soul, Rich is known for helping churches, nonprofits, and leadership teams reconnect with their truest calling and build structures that last.

Before joining Leighton Ford Ministries in 2019, Rich spent more than three decades serving in influential pastoral and leadership roles across the church, parachurch, nonprofit, and corporate worlds. He served for 15 years as Pastor of Leadership and Staff Development at McLean Bible Church outside Washington, D.C., helping to guide leadership systems during a season of extraordinary growth, from several hundred attendees to more than 20,000 each weekend.

His leadership journey also includes serving as Pastor of Congregational Life at The Crystal Cathedral, Director of Singles and Young Adults at University Presbyterian Church, Pastor of Singles at Calvin Presbyterian Church, and later stepping into the unique role of company pastor” for Tempered Networks in Seattle, bringing pastoral wisdom into the corporate leadership space.

In addition to pastoral ministry, Rich has served as an editor, author, and ministry strategist with David C. Cook Publishing, where he directed Strategic Adult Ministry initiatives and led two of the nation’s largest training conferences for single adult and young adult ministry leaders.

Rich is the author of several leadership books, including Giving the Ministry Away: Empowering Single Adults for Effective Leadership, which received Leadership Book of the Year honors in its field. His writing has also appeared in Christianity Today, Leadership Journal, Discipleship Journal, and other ministry publications.

A trusted coach and consultant, Rich has worked with organizations including the Air Force Chaplain Corps, Federal Aviation Administration, Georgetown University, denominational leaders, and churches across a broad range of traditions. Rich and his wife, Kim, an author, have two daughters and live on a horse farm in Virginia.

 

Jim Morgan

Jim Morgan is a Christian business leader who has led six different companies, including Executive Chairman of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and Chairman/CEO of Wachovia Securities.  He is on the board of Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc., The YMCA of Greater Charlotte, and Youth Commission International.

In helping lead Krispy Kreme’s successful turnaround, he said of his approach, “I wanted to be like Jesus to the employees.  They just needed someone to love on them.  That’s all I did.”  Leighton and Jim are longtime members of the Leadership Breakfast Group in Charlotte.
