Over the past 60 years, Mr. Raehn has had a 30-year career with Chevron Chemical Company, spent 10 years with an agricultural chemical company, and several years with Ronald Blue Trust. Currently, Mr. Raehn serves as the Administrator of Grace Fellowship Church in Greensboro, Georgia.

From 1977 to 2004, Mr. Raehn held leadership positions in Bible Study Fellowship in Texas, California and Georgia and served as an elder of Fellowship Bible Church in Richardson TX and of Community Bible Church in Danville CA. Since 2007, he has been mentoring men in Scripture weekly in five different small groups in Georgia. In 2018, as board chairman, he launched the Christian Learning Center in Putnam County, Georgia, which continues to teach middle- and high-school students using the Bible as the textbook during school hours.

Mr. and Mrs. Raehn have been married over 60 years and live in the Lake Oconee area of Georgia. Together, they have 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters and a grandson, and a great granddaughter.

Hank Raehn knows Leighton Ford through Leighton’s son, Kevin Ford, whom he met at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, CA in 1987. Mr. Raehn and his wife, Jean, have been supporters of Leighton since the early days of Arrow Leadership in 1991.
