Change Leadership
Change Leadership is a skill that very few ministry leaders possess. This is the art of “disappointing people at a rate they can tolerate,” as Ron Heifetz, our friend from Harvard, describes leadership. Change leadership involves mobilizing the people to face their own issues. It is a key skill for ministry leaders navigating a new position or leading their people in tackling a new initiative or project.
