A Poem For Father’s Day (Leighton)

Our Father in heaven, today I thank you

For my three earthly fathers

For Tom, my biological father, who gave me life

For Charles, my adopted father, who gave me a start in life

For Jack, my spiritual father, who helped me to find my own way in life.

For all three, I thank you today.
