“Who are you looking for?”
On Sunday Extra today, LFM’s own Jim Singleton delivers God’s Word to us in a message he preached this year on Easter Sunday. Exploring the conversion of a lost soul to a relationship with Jesus Christ, Jim looks at the encounter Mary Magdalene had with Jesus at the empty tomb. The Lord asks her, “Who are you looking for?” (John 20:15 NLT). Today, He encounters men and women with the same question. Jim serves as a Senior Leadership Coach for LFM, working with pastors and congregations all over the country.
Prayer for Guidance
This week, let’s pray for the Spokane Table Fellowship which is a new church plant in Spokane, Washinton. Sara and Jim Singleton are part of the teaching team at this new fellowship. They gather around tables for worship, which includes table discussion before the teaching time. This young congregation, less than one year old, meets in an elementary school. Jim asks that we pray for the Lord to guide them as they develop.
