Leighton Ford Ministries comes alongside ministry leaders and churches as friends on the journey. Through initiatives like Transforming Church Cohorts, we invest in pastors and facilitators who are cultivating healthy leaders and thriving ministries.
Currently, eight facilitators are guiding pastors throughout South Florida. Their work is relational, prayerful, and deeply rooted in helping leaders listen for God’s voice and respond with courage. We invite you to pray for them as they continue building trust and strengthening the Church.
