When Will God Call Me?
When and where are you most likely to hear a call of God in your life?
LFM’s Jim Singleton takes us to the sixth chapter of Isaiah, when the prophet saw the Lord and responded with, “Here am I! Send me” (Isaiah 6:8 NKJV). During the context of worship, Isaiah heard from God. So with us, it is most often when we put ourselves in environments where we hear the Word of God that we encounter Him speaking into our lives. Isaiah’s response was prompted by a grand vision of divine grandeur and grace. When he saw God, his life radically changed.
PAUSE AND PRAY
What about you? Do you put yourself into environments where you will regularly encounter God’s Word? And are you pausing from this world’s fast pace in order to see God for who He is? When you see Him, you too can be transformed by His greatness and grace.
