Cultural Intelligence requires leaders who can engage their context for the sake of the Gospel.  For most ministries, this requires a laser-sharp focus on where the ministry’s strengths and passions meet their community’s significant needs.  Churches and parachurch ministries earn the right to be heard by becoming good citizens of their communities.
