A Standard For Today

Could you put in one sentence your standard – for today?
My friend Roger Parrott is president of the very fine Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.
“Our standard is Christ” is Belhaven’s standard. It’s expressed in their verse for the year:
“Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. That is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.”
That’s how Jesus himself put it (Matthew 7:12).
How about that standard just for today? Or whoever we’re with in the next hour?
