A New Lease on Life
In this sermon from the series called “I Am,” Josh Moody explores how God’s grace empowers real and lasting change in our lives. Drawing from Exodus 39, he reminds us that we are part of a greater story—rescued, redeemed, and invited into joyful obedience, not out of duty but gratitude. When we truly grasp the depth of God’s grace, we’re moved to turn back to Him and live with renewed purpose, hope, and courage. Josh is in the Shiggies LFM Mentor Group that Ken Shigematsu started, comprised of people from all over the world. Josh grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and graduated from Baylor University. After serving as a police officer in Baltimore for three years, he earned a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His church is currently going through the Attentive Church Visioning process with Rich Hurst.
Revive Our Hearts
LFM is building a global network for mentors in God’s Kingdom. Some of those mentors, Sarah Breuel, Anne Grizzle, and Sam Cooper, recently led a weekend retreat in Germany. The Revive our Hearts retreat is for young people from all over Europe and desires to be a catalytic space to spark personal revival in the hearts of European students. Let’s pray for all that were involved as they have returned to their homes and places of work and ministry. May the Lord strengthen them to “fan into flame the gift of God, which is in [them]” (2 Timothy 1:6 NIV).
