On the side, Caroline owns and runs “Skin In the Game”, a skin company that represents Rodan + Fields Dermatologists where she markets world-renowned products and teaches others to do the same through team building.  That work has provided Caroline with a unique ministry opportunity as she builds relationships around the world.
