For more than forty years, Leighton Ford Ministries has walked alongside ministries and leaders who want to live faithfully within their truest calling. Through mentoring communities, retreats, and conversations, LFM creates space for leaders and ministries to slow down, listen for God’s voice, and rediscover the purpose He has given them.
Over the years we have seen what happens when leaders and ministries reconnect with that calling. They lead with greater clarity. Ministries begin to bear lasting fruit. They move forward with renewed courage.
Recently we began using a phrase that captures this journey: LiveCalled. To LiveCalled is to rediscover the purpose God designed you for and step forward with faithfulness and joy.
Pass It On
In this week’s Sunday Extra, Kevin Ford reflects on 2 Timothy 2:1–7 and the invitation to LiveCalled by passing the Gospel faithfully to every generation.
Kevin shares about his grandmother and mother near the end of their lives. Both women were deeply aware that their faith had been entrusted to them. Even in their final days they were thinking about the next generation receiving the Gospel.
Paul’s words to Timothy remind us that the Gospel moves through faithful lives from one generation to the next. The Christian life is not simply about personal belief. It is about faithful transmission.
We are not simply meant to exist. We are called to live the purpose for which our Creator designed us.
