His Name is Wonderful
Ajith Fernando shares God’s Word with us today from Isaiah chapter 9 verse 6. The prophet Isaiah offers a beautiful, powerful description of who the Messiah is and how that is Good News to us today.
With deep ties to the Lausanne Movement, Ajith serves as Teaching Director of Youth for Christ in Sri Lanka after being National Director for 35 years. These days, his main responsibilities in YFC are counseling, mentoring and teaching staff and volunteers. He is a regular visiting lecturer at Colombo Theological Seminary. Ajith shared the theology working group in partnership with Leighton Ford at Lausanne’s Singapore ‘87, where Kevin Ford served as worship leader. This was the movement’s first younger leader gathering.

I finally met you face to face at your December 2021 prayer breakfast in Charlotte, and I wept with gratitude for your ministry
I will be in Kenya and Nigeria for ministry in September, in February in India, and for the first time Pakistan for ministry. Leaders are so hungry for teaching and encouragement. People need to know they are not forgotten.
