More and More: Following Jesus in Everyday Work and Leadership
More and More
Leighton Ford Ministries exists to walk alongside leaders, helping them stay healthy so they can lead thriving ministries for the sake of the Gospel. As we move further into a new year, we remain deeply grateful for the relationships, opportunities, and partnerships God continues to place in our path.
Recently, our Board of Directors gathered for their annual meeting. It was a meaningful time of prayer, listening, and shared discernment as we reflected on where God is leading this ministry. As we seek to be faithful to that calling, we invite you to pray with us using the words of Colossians 1:9–10. May the Lord fill us with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may live lives worthy of Him and please Him in every way.
We are also grateful to welcome Stephan Tchividjian to LFM’s Board of Directors. Stephan is the oldest grandchild of Billy and Ruth Graham. As founder and president of the National Foundation of South Florida, co-executive director of Lifework Leadership of South Florida, and a pastor in Fort Lauderdale, Stephan brings a deep commitment to healthy leadership and faithful service. His voice and experience will be a meaningful gift to this ministry in the season ahead.
In this week’s Sunday Extra, our friend David Rosa shares a message from 1 Thessalonians 4:1–12 titled More and More. Preaching from a Miami church, David reflects on how following Jesus shapes the everyday realities of our work and leadership. David serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager for Church United of South Florida and works closely with LFM as we help establish congregational learning cohorts across the region.
