More and More
At Leighton Ford Ministries, we care deeply about the kind of formation that sustains leaders over time. Healthy Christian leadership and faithful Gospel witness grow out of whole lives shaped by Christ, not just strong convictions or good intentions.
As we continue into a new year, we remain grateful for the people and partnerships God has brought alongside this ministry. Recently, our Board of Directors gathered for their annual meeting, a meaningful time of prayer, reflection, and shared discernment as we seek to be faithful to the call God has placed on LFM.
In that spirit, we invite you to pray with us using the words of Paul in Colossians 1:9–10. May God fill us “with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may live lives worthy of the Lord and please Him” in every way.
More and More
We are also thankful to welcome Stephan Tchividjian as a new member of LFM’s Board of Directors. The oldest grandchild of Billy and Ruth Graham, Stephan serves as Founder and President of the National Foundation of South Florida, Co-Executive Director of Lifework Leadership of South Florida, and as a pastor in Fort Lauderdale. He brings a deep commitment to healthy leadership, faithful service, and the long work of formation that sustains both leaders and communities.
In this week’s Sunday Extra, our friend David Rosa shares a message from 1 Thessalonians 4:1–12 titled More and More. Preaching from a Miami church, David reflects on how following Jesus shapes the everyday realities of our work and service. David serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager for Church United of South Florida and works closely with LFM as we develop congregational learning cohorts across the region.
