Investing in Leaders for the Sake of the Gospel

Exactly 40 years ago, Leighton sensed God inviting him to expand beyond crusade evangelism and devote his life to investing in younger leaders. That same heart continues today through LFM’s mentoring relationships, where leaders are supported without agenda – simply encouraged to become who God has called them to be.
This ongoing vision is reflected in LiveCalled, a language we use to describe a life rooted in calling, not performance. Recently highlighted by Religion News Service, this initiative reflects our continued commitment to helping leaders live with clarity, courage, and faithfulness.
