Kelly Dickson is a Senior Coach with Leighton Ford Ministries, where she walks alongside pastors and ministry leaders in seasons of discernment, leadership development, and soul care. She has served in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years in roles including Lead Pastor, Adult Ministries, Young Adults, Women’s Ministry, Small Groups, and Community Life.
Kelly also provides pastoral care within her presbytery and is the founder of Shalom Collective, a ministry dedicated to the holistic care of pastors and faith leaders across traditions. A trusted voice in spiritual formation, she regularly speaks at retreats and preaches throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Kelly holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Westmont College. She completed two years of training in soul care and spiritual formation through Ruth Haley Barton’s Transforming Community at the Transforming Center. Her deepest passion is encouraging, strengthening, and caring for pastors and ministry leaders.
